Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping applies to addresses within the contiguous states in the US, plus Alaska and Hawaii.  There is no minimum order to avail of Free Shipping.  Packages are shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-4 business days from the time the order has been processed.  For expedited shipping (Next Day or Second Day Air), please contact help@nene.shoes.  Please note that only USPS can deliver to PO Box addresses.

For International orders, we offer flat rate Priority shipping for packages below 5 lbs (a matching bundle pair, for reference, is about 3.5lbs).  Packages sent via International shipping arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on your location and your local postal service.  Please note that shipping, duty, customs and other International-related-shipping fees are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you'd love your shoes as much as we love making them.  However, in case you are not 100% happy with them, you can return the shoes for a full refund with the following conditions:

  • Returns within 14 days of shipping date
  • Shoes are unworn, not damaged and in original packaging.  The shoes must be in original condition and can NOT be worn off carpeted or similar surface.
  • Shoes cannot be dirty, sticky or show any signs of wear. In situations that the shoes are dirty but not necessarily worn (as determined by the customer service team), it is possible to be charged a cleaning fee for the item being returned.
  • originating address is a US address

Email us at help@nene.shoes (include your order number) and we'll send you a prepaid return label.  Once we receive the shoes and have inspected them against the conditions above, we will process a full refund (less shipping fees) to your original payment method.

For International orders, customers have to pay for return shipping.
