FAQ

Our Shoes
How are Nene Shoes sized?

Different shoe designs have different constructions, and therefore may have a different fit. For each shoe design, we included sizing guidelines on each product page. For kids' shoes, we provided the approximate length of each size on each product page as well (when you select the sizes on the dropdown section).

Are your children's shoes safe?
Yes.  Our children's shoes are rigorously tested and every material goes through stringent compliance testing by independent third-party laboratories.

Orders
I ordered from Nene Shoes, when do I get them?
US orders and packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS and should arrive within 2 to 4 business days from the time the order has been processed.  You may select other expedited shipping methods during checkout.

For international orders, delivery will vary depending on the country's customs procedures, but in general, shipments will arrive between 14 to 30 business days from the time we ship them out.

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policies for more details.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that would contain a USPS or UPS tracking link.

Do you offer returns, exchanges, refunds?
We hope you'd love our shoes as much as we love making them.  However, in case you are not 100% happy with them, you can return your unworn shoes for refund based on certain conditions.   Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

You may also do a size exchange if you find that the shoes do not fit you well.  However, we do not offer exchanges across different styles and collection at this time.

There are no returns or exchanges for International orders.

What are your payment methods?
We accept every major credit and debit card and PayPal payments.

I live outside the US and I *love* your shoes.  Can I still order from you?
Yes!  Please select your shipping destination country on checkout.  Note that the shipping cost does not include custom costs, duty, or taxes that may be incurred during shipment.

About Nene
Why "Nene"?
Our site is a loving tribute to my Mama who's nicknamed Nene.  Coincidentally, "nene" is also used in the Filipino language as a term of endearment for a small or young girl.

How do you say/pronounce it?
Phonetically, it's /ne-ne/, but who knows phonetics, right? The "ne" sounds like that of "next" or "necessary".

It is not pronounced as "Nenê" or "Nae Nae" (though we love the song :))
